When a lead is ready to talk with an agent, Lead Assist automatically connects the lead to you via phone call. This is the only feature within Witly that carries a separate cost: an additional $247 per month, which includes unlimited leads.
What is Witly’s lead sharing process?
Witly's patent pending lead sharing process connects real estate agents with vendors who are ready to buy their leads as soon as they are created. This allows agents to offset the cost of building the client acquisition system and get an immediate return on their lead generation efforts. Although you may provide a vendor list, you do not need to contact any vendors yourself. Witly will follow up with vendors and discuss the program with them on your behalf!
How does lead sharing work?
When you create a new lead using Witly, that lead will be added to your Leads list. Additionally, the lead will be shared with each of your lead sharing partners (vendors who have agreed to buy your leads). Your partners can find this lead's contact info inside of their own free-to-use Witly account. On the 15th of the month, Witly will pay you out a revenue share of 50% for every lead you generated and shared with your lead sharing partners!
Is lead sharing legal?
Yes! Every lead you create using Witly is TCPA compliant, because every lead has opted in under a privacy policy that explicitly states what we plan to do with their information. Our privacy policy has been reviewed and approved not only by legal professionals, but also by the compliance departments of many top mortgage companies. So yes, it's totally legit.
